🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY


As we deal with live plants, we do not accept returns for change of mind.


We only offer refunds or replacements when:


The plant arrives completely damaged


The item received is incorrect



Conditions:


You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery


Include clear photo and/or video evidence


If a return is required, shipping costs are your responsibility


No claims will be accepted after 48 hours from delivery

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES


Plants may vary slightly in color or shape due to natural growth.


Minor cosmetic damage (like 1–2 fallen leaves) is normal and not refundable.


We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.


For shipments outside the EU, customs duties or border issues are the buyer’s responsibility, unless covered by our insurance.
