Anubias 'Petite' is the smallest variety of Anubias available, with tiny dark green, round-to-oval leaves barely reaching 1–1.5 cm in size. Its ultra-compact growth and extremely slow pace make it perfect for nano tanks, foregrounds, or detailed hardscape accents. Each rhizome forms dense, miniature clumps when tied to rock or driftwood.

It thrives in low to medium light (20–50 PAR) and requires no CO₂, making it ideal for beginners or low-tech setups. It benefits from potassium and micronutrients to prevent yellowing, especially under stronger light. Water parameters: pH 5.5–7.5, GH 4–12, KH 2–6, conductivity 150–300 µS. Growth: very slow. Never bury the rhizome—tie or glue it to hardscape.

Anubias 'Petite' è la varietà più piccola di Anubias esistente, con foglie tonde-ovali verde scuro che non superano 1–1,5 cm. Cresce in modo estremamente compatto e lentissimo, perfetta per acquari nano, primo piano o per arricchire dettagli su rocce e legni. Ogni rizoma forma cespi fittissimi quando legato correttamente all’hardscape.

Tollera bene luce da bassa a media (20–50 PAR), non richiede CO₂ e si adatta perfettamente anche a setup semplici o per principianti. Una fertilizzazione con potassio e microelementi previene l’ingiallimento delle foglie. Parametri ideali: pH 5.5–7.5, GH 4–12, KH 2–6, conducibilità 150–300 µS. Crescita: molto lenta.
