This Bucephalandra Variegated Pink is a breathtaking rarity, hand-selected from years of searching in the Melawi region. Its unique pink marbling on dark green leaves is not just a color variation — it’s a collector’s signature piece. Only a few specimens show such intense and stable pigmentation, and each rhizome is absolutely one of a kind.

To bring out its vibrant variegation, we recommend:

High light intensity: 40–60 PAR directly at substrate level, with 2500–3500 lumens.

Soft water: pH 5.5–6.2, GH 6–7, KH 2.

CO₂ injection at 20–30 ppm.

Nutrient-rich substrate and full-column fertilization (including Fe, K and micronutrients). Iron deficiency often reduces variegation intensity.

This plant is grown submerged — not in vitro — and will not melt in your tank. It adapts instantly and starts new growth in optimal conditions.

Limited availability — each piece is grown slowly and with care. A premium pick for serious aquascapers and collectors.

Le sue foglie verde scuro, variegate di rosa intenso, la rendono una delle cultivar più ambite. Ogni rizoma è unico e irripetibile: poche piante sviluppano una pigmentazione così intensa e stabile.

Per mantenerla al massimo splendore consigliamo:

Fertilizzazione completa in colonna e nel fondo, con particolare attenzione al ferro, potassio e microelementi. La carenza di ferro può ridurre la variegatura.

La pianta è già adulta, coltivata in forma sommersa (non in vitro), quindi non subisce scioglimento in vasca e inizia subito a crescere.
